Basic Package
Psychological support
Allianz Partners organises an initial assessment by a clinical psychologist, which is conducted by telephone in up to five sessions. If the situation requires further treatment, the psychologist refers the beneficiary to face-to-face consultations with a psychologist near their home or workplace.
Psychological illnesses that have already been recognised or diagnosed in the past or were being treated on the date the contract came into effect, as well as psychological illnesses that are not accident-related, are excluded.
Costs of a second medical opinion
At the insured person's request, we will cover the costs of a second medical opinion or an alternative therapy recommendation. This benefit is provided once per case.
Support services for daily living
Continuing with everyday life after an accident can be very challenging. Imagine you have a foot in plaster and therefore cannot pick up your child from school. Who will continue to run the household? After all, it won't run itself. Allianz Partners will organise various assistance services to make your everyday life easier and cover the costs. This allows you to focus on your recovery.
- Either by a carer who takes care of daily care (e.g. washing, feeding, putting the insured person to bed). This does not include medical care provided by a doctor or nurse.
- Or by a domestic helper who performs daily household chores (e.g. ironing, cleaning, helping with meal preparation, etc.) in the insured person's home.
Organisation and coverage of costs for meal delivery ("meals on wheels") if, for example, you are unable to cook due to a plaster cast on your hand.
Organisation and payment of food deliveries if you are unable to do the necessary shopping yourself.
Organisation and coverage of the costs for the presence of a childminder at the insured person's place of residence to look after their child(ren), prepare meals and provide daily care. Each childcare session lasts at least two (2) hours and can be used from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
If no family member is available to accompany the insured person's child(ren) to school or extracurricular activities, we will arrange and pay for taxi transport from home.
Organisation and coordination of the following services should the insured person remain permanently disabled:
- A thorough analysis of the limitations in everyday life in the context of individual circumstances, as well as
- An on-site evaluation of the home or the current care situation in order to compare the insured person's new needs with the current circumstances. Recommendations are made regarding possible adjustments and cost estimates are provided.
- Coordination, if necessary, also for the implementation of the proposed measures with tradesmen or other service providers.
Organisation of visits to a nursing home should you no longer be able to care for yourself after an accident, including coverage of transport costs, e.g. to the viewing appointments.
We cannot guarantee a free place. However, Allianz Partners will endeavour to help through its contacts and networks.
Sports package
General medical information and training plan
Specialists answer questions about prescriptions or treatment recommendations from the attending physician. The insured person can also obtain information on sports health, health facilities, general health topics, risk factors, general medical problems, drug problems, prevention information, information on alternative medicine, pain management centres and counselling that is suitable for eliminating or improving an accident-related impairment.
Reimbursement of costs for cancelled sports activities
Reimbursement of costs in the event that the insured person has to suspend their membership of a sports club, gym or similar for more than 30 days as a result of an accident.

Costs for personal trainers or fitness equipment
We cover the costs of training with a personal trainer or the rental of equipment, or contribute to the purchase costs of fitness equipment to help you regain your personal fitness.
Costs for sports physiotherapy
Coverage of costs for rehabilitation training or sports therapy by a physiotherapist or therapist specialising in this field. We can recommend suitable specialists on request.
Costs for medical transport
Coverage of costs for transport to and from the insured person's home for medical appointments (e.g. physiotherapy, doctor's visits, etc.).
