Cat accident insurance

Cat accident insurance covers 80% of veterinary and surgical costs if your cat needs medical treatment due to an accident. This option costs between €130 and €162 per year, depending on the age of the animal when the insurance is taken out.

Combination of cat accident insurance & cat health insurance

The combination package of accident insurance and health insurance for cats protects your furry friend not only in the event of accidents, but also in the event of illness. The annual premium costs between €185 and €231 per year, depending on the age of the cat when the insurance is taken out. In this case, 80% of veterinary and surgical costs are also covered.

The combination package protects your cat not only from accidents, but also from diseases that may occur. In this case, 80% of the veterinarian and surgery costs are also covered up to the respective individual event limit.

Variant 2

Accident insurance

It has already happened and your cat needs to go to the vet because of an accident. The accident and surgery insurance for cats covers 80% of veterinary and surgery costs up to the respective individual event limit (€450 without surgical care, €900 with surgical care).

Case study: Cat accident insurance

When little Petzi was two years old, cat accident insurance was taken out for him. The annual premium for this is €142. One morning, he comes home limping.

A visit to the vet reveals that it is only a sprain. But the X-ray and treatment cost a total of €480. Thanks to the cat accident insurance, approximately €384 (80% of the costs) is reimbursed.

Case study: Cat health insurance

Poor Schnurrli has been sneezing for a week, is lethargic and has no appetite. A visit to the vet quickly reveals that it is cat flu.
