Express your concerns: Allianz Group Austria's reporting channels

At Allianz, we are stronger together. We are based on our strong values and principles. We treat each other with respect, we act with integrity, we are transparent, and we tell the truth.

Compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations is a top priority for us. If violations are detected at an early stage, appropriate measures can be taken to prevent or mitigate damage to customers, employees, business partners and the company itself.

If you have information about misconduct or a violation of rules at Allianz, you can report your concern via our online reporting channel:

Allianz reviews all reports submitted and ensures that they remain confidential and that all parties involved are treated equally.

Please note that your report can only be reviewed if it contains sufficient information. Therefore, we ask you to provide as many details as possible. However, if you don't have access to detailed information, that shouldn't stop you from raising your concerns.

If you submit a report, we will confirm receipt within 7 days.

It is helpful for our investigation team if you provide your name and/or an email address when submitting the report. This will allow us to contact you if we have any further questions. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, we will respect your decision and your concern will continue to be investigated.

Allianz does not tolerate retaliation in any form against anyone who makes a report in good faith. This applies even if an investigation does not confirm the allegations made.

Your information will be kept confidential. We take reasonable steps to handle all information received with care and to protect the interests of all persons involved. All data provided will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

If you don't want to use our reporting tool, you can submit your concerns:
