According to the Motor Vehicles Act (KFG) 1967, Section 2(1)(43), a historic vehicle is a vehicle worthy of preservation that is not intended for regular use. The requirements for this are: (1) Manufactured in 1955 or earlier, or more than 30 years old, (2) Entry in the list of historic motor vehicles approved by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology (§ 131b), (3) Not used for everyday purposes.
