Property damage caused by storms, hail, snow pressure, roof avalanches, rockfalls/rockfalls, landslides, radioactive isotopes, high water, flooding, mudslides, avalanches or avalanche air pressure, and earthquakes.

• Property damage to building components caused by tap water leakage, i.e. the unintended leakage of tap water from pipes, fittings or connected equipment.
• Breakage damage refers to damage caused by breakage to insured pipes, regardless of the cause. Seal damage to insured pipes
• Frost damage to insured pipes, fittings and connected equipment
• All water-carrying supply and drainage pipes in the insured buildings and associated fittings/connected facilities are insured.

Damage caused by breakage to the following insured panes/glazing (including glass-like plastics) is covered:

• All windows, as well as lead, brass and artificial glazing, glass blocks and skylights in the buildings insured under the insurance policy.
• Panels of privately used terrace glazing located on the insured property, wind/privacy glazing, staircase glazing, pergolas and covered parking spaces, fencing around the insured property

Damage caused by simple theft to insured buildings, fences and outdoor facilities is covered.
